Participation in the exhibition

The package includes the participation of 2 delegates, as well as:

• Special manager assigned to your company for business meetings arrangement. You select the participants of your interest from the list, the manager is to invite them to your display stand as a max, or find them among the delegates and introduce you to each other as a min
• Networking area in front of your display (desk, 2 chairs and a brochure rack)
• Mantling and dismantling
• Printing and installing suspended canvas according to your layout
• The opportunity to select your display position at the exhibition area
• Distribution of a list of congress participants
• Post event presentations and audio
• Placing the logo and description of the company in the official catalogue and at the event’s website
• Photoset of display and company representatives
• Lunches, coffee breaks, assistance for finding an interpreter
